Where It Begins

Full Story

Htay Aung (Theo), originally from Myanmar, who's the founder of Meditation For the CEOs (MCEO). Following the Saffron Revolution, a civil war broke out in his locality, leading his family to hastily gather their belongings and flee to a neighboring town. Due to his family's displacement and inability to meet his basic needs, Htay Aung left his family at the tender age of five to pursue a life as a Buddhist monk.

Twelve years later, Htay Aung embarked on an education journey at the Eastern Mediterranean International School in Israel. Growing up in a monastery, Meditation has been a part of his daily routine since childhood. It has had a significant impact on his life, reducing stress and helping him work effectively under pressure.

Observing his peers struggle with stress, Htay Aung started a Meditation club to share his knowledge and help others. He was pleased to see that his peers enjoyed the sessions and found Samatha meditation beneficial. Encouraged by this success, he organized the MCEO meditation course for beginners who are still figuring out where to begin. His goal is to continue helping those who are experiencing emotional unbalance, and stress at the workplace, and those who want to attain inner peace.
